My stay was quite enjoyable overall, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service and the picturesque river views. The facilities, particularly the fitness center, were well-maintained and a pleasure to use. However, the dining options fell short of expectations, and the room cost felt a bit high given some minor upkeep issues. Still, I had a memorable experience in Savannah and would recommend the hotel to friends looking for a vibrant atmosphere.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. We were really pleased with the stunning river views, making it a memorable experience. However, the service was inconsistent and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention, which left us feeling a bit disappointed.
