convenient location train station free ice cream early check-in extra charge communication issue
The location was convenient to several train stations. The staff assisted me with luggage forwarding to another location. I enjoyed the provided onsen and the free ice cream afterwards (especially the vanilla flavor!).
I arrived at 14:10. The receptionist told me that early check-in (before 15:00) required payment. The receptionist did not speak english, so there was miscommunication.
