basic gymnon-functioning sauna
my stay wasnt exactly flawless. the fitness center was a joke. it had dumbbells and one bench so lifting anything substantial was impossible. also the sauna being out of order was a real bummer at a rate of $800 a night, you expect all the amenities to work.

The staff checked me in quickly. They gave me a free bus pass. It made getting around town easy. The hotel's design was COOL, very suitable for the surroundings. I found parking in the basement. There was ample space. The beds were SUPER comfortable. My entire family slept well. The check-in area had a nice, real wood-burning fireplace. It burned throughout the day. The hotel called to confirm my arrival time. I thought that was thoughtful.
The rooms are a bit basic, BUT that didn't bother me.

The rooftop hot tubs offer fine views. Guests can use them year-round. There is a fitness center available with treadmills. The hotel includes secure underground parking . This adds convenience.

The front desk staff checked me in efficiently. i noticed lovely views, particularly from the rooftop pool. the bedroom felt spacious. It included everything needed for my stay.
The gym felt very basic. The selection of weights was limited.

i stayed here recently and the location really rocks! the rooftop hot tubs were a highlight, offering crazy views. i enjoyed the italian restaurant too and the free parking was a total bonus!

the hotel is in the heart. i loved that everything is walkable including restaurants and shopping, made exploring easy. i saw coaches that leave just outside for sunshine village and lake louise.
