I found the hotel staff to be cute and very friendly. The reception desk helped with every need I had. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious, both for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staff were very attentive and.

The air conditioning turned off ONE night, but it was eventually fixed.

The hotel has a super location and it's a short walk to the central station. I got to take trains to Pisa and Florence. I easily took a ride on the funicular to enjoy beautiful Tuscany scenery.

The hotel had a new part, and the art nouveau room i stayed in felt beautiful and functional with a personal jacuzzi. It was romantic. the rooftop terrace had extra space i found pleasurable. breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a variety of choices each day

The staff was friendly. i found the parking situation inconvenient because i was charged twelve euros per day to park in a rough area.

I enjoyed the lovely pool and gardens. It was perfect. the hotel also has a new wellness spa managed by tanya, which i recommend. Tanya is an excellent masseuse and kind.
