The reception team offered a warm welcome upon arrival. Luiza Bejte and Vivian were professional and helpful. George from the pool service team was attentive, we were comfortable. These individuals contributed positively to the overall quality of the stay.
I observed that the dress code in restaurants was not always enforced which detracted from the upscale dining atmosphere.

The room was modern and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. A jacuzzi was present, delivering a relaxing experience with a sea view. Daily cleaning ensured high standards were maintained throughout my stay within the room.

The hotel presents themed restaurants, each providing dishes from different cultures. Freshness and appealing presentation characterized all meals served. Nana at the Greek restaurant offered food recommendations, resulting in a delicious and tasty dining experience.

Staff members display a cute attitude, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Really good service was provided by several staff including Rania and Zoe. The kindness and helpfulness of the team left a lasting positive impression on guests.

The hotel has a beach bar led by Jordanis, Michalis and Vagellakis. Performances were given by Leida, Encore Rock Band and Passengers. Nightly shows add entertainment. The bars serve drinks at a high level.

the family room offered ample space for two adults, two teenagers, and a baby. i found the food variety excellent, especially the tender dishes in the greek and pan-asian restaurants. i enjoyed the aqua fitness classes. the live music on sunday night and the magic show provided great entertainment.
the pool temperature was a little cold for my taste.

i stayed in a superior twin sea view. the room had great views and was spacious. the mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily. the staff in the bars was attentive.
the noise levels were quite high, and room-to-room sound insulation was poor. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. there were insufficient sunbeds near the pools. guests started reserving beds early.
