the beachfront location was amazing!!! the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found the pool area very cramped. There were too many people and not enough space for all the sun loungers. every day in the area reminded me of this. It wasn't just the odd day. the beach is across the walkway, and it costs €14 per day for loungers.

i enjoyed the modern, clean room with its amazing sea view. the buffet dinner was abundant, and staff quickly cleared plates and answered questions. the rooftop bar with saxophone music was nice. i especially liked the gas fires since it was windy.
The lifts kept opening and closing twice before moving. This was annoying.

The staff was great, especially micah. Her smiles and assistance were amazing. the room was super clean. Sheets, towels, floors, and the bathroom were washed daily. a beautiful bottle of cava was left in the room too. the cleaning ladies, particularly jennifer, greeted us with a smile every morning. A little sweet was left in our rooms daily!
the traffic noise from the road outside the hotel was very noisy! it eased off slightly at night, but it started up again very early in the morning.

i loved how convenient the location was for exploring the area the bus stop right outside was so useful the super clean condition of the hotel impressed me every corner sparkled i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful too i thought the pool area was just amazing and getting a sun lounger was never a problem at any time during the day.
i did notice a faint scent in the reception area it seemed like a strong air freshener but it was not overpowering.
