i found the staff helpful! the room was super clean when i arrived. the bed was very comfy and the room was like home. the breakfast offered a great variety, fantastic for my dietary needs.
the air conditioning in my room didn't work very well? it made sleeping uncomfortable because the heavy duvets created a warm environment.

i really enjoyed the direct beach access. the breakfast was very varied. the staff were mostly friendly and helpful . the underground parking offered convenient and safe parking, which i found very useful.
the pool area could get a bit crowded, making it difficult to find available loungers at times.

my superior seaview room included a kettle with coffee, tea, milk, and water. the room was spacious and clean. the sea view from the room was definitely a highlight and i enjoyed it a lot.

the hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pools. the spa area was clean and i liked that a heated pool was available. the hotel has a private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds included , a big plus.

the hotel offered different culinary themes each evening, such as cypriot, italian, and pan-asian. live music accompanied dinner with traditional performances some evenings. staff assisted with luggage and provided sea view rooms upon request where available.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

My stay had some hiccups. The initial room they gave me was pretty noisy (street-facing rooms are not great). I asked for a quieter room, but the front desk was not very helpful. the pool area needed better cleaning. There was noticeable mold in the pool tile joints. The pool grotto walls had green algae, too.

The kids club was such a treasure. Martha-eleni was kind and full of joy! our little one returned with a smile after spending time there. I am grateful for making our vacation more enjoyable. the staff consistently showed warmth and friendliness . It reminded me of everyone cared about our comfort. the evening entertainment was nice. The themed decorations made our halloween celebrations special. i was pleased the management catered to our daughter's allergies. It.
The air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work well. It was a slight inconvenience during our otherwise lovely stay.

the superior seaview room had quality furniture and appliances which was lovely to see! the room was super clean upon arrival and had a very comfortable bed and a nice design which seemed like home! the provided wifi was quick and consistent.

The breakfast options included omelettes that were made to order. This was such a treat! there was a gluten-free cupboard full of cereals, croissants, rolls, and cakes and so many more treats were offered. the nautical restaurant is open on sundays and offers a traditional greek meze.

The hotel has a private sandy beach that is a short walk away which my son adored. limassol city centre is approximately 11km away. Public transport is available in front of the hotel and is convenient. there are several tavernas and bars within a 5-minute walk.

I stayed in a superior room. the hotel has a private beach. I found it very convenient. there were enough sunbeds available and the water was clear!
some reception staff seemed less friendly than other employees, though this did not affect my stay significantly.
