The hotel offered a spacious spa area with a variety of saunas. It promoted relaxation. the location was advantageous with easy train access, and i found a cool vietnamese restaurant nearby. the room provided comfortable temperature controls. the staff addressed all my requests promptly, and the hotel's proximity to transport was convenient.

i was told i had to pay extra to use the spa. i couldn't find it written anywhere (this was irritating). also, the pillows on the bed were worn out. they offered little support.

a relaxing spa break!

The hotel's location allowed easy access to attractions and restaurants. i found my room clean and quiet. the spa was amazing and not crowded. The aufguss sessions were particularly rejuvenating, and i came away feeling completely relaxed!!!
the parking was a little far from my room, in the back of the hotel, accessible only by walking around the building, and felt a bit intimidating at night.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the close proximity to public transportation. It made getting around EASY. The attached spa provided extra relaxation after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the saltwater pool.
The drive into the parking area presented a slight challenge.
