mixed experience with notable issues

incorrect bedding arrangement water refusal
the staff acted professionally, acceptable.
i had issues with the room setup upon arrival. the reservation was for three guests, but bedding for only two was present. it took considerable effort to get a third bed arranged, something i found frustrating and inconvenient, i really disliked how we were refused two bottles of 500ml drinking water and told to use the machine provided in the kitchen. the delay and oversight impacted my overall stay negatively.
