i LOVED the breakfast. there WERE many choices available. the hotel included a sister hotel access. i went there for a swim.

The breakfast spread was ample and eggs were made to order.
The air conditioning barely functioned. It was basically non-existent. Despite complaints, there was no real fix and the staff offered no compensation for the sleepless nights I had. I reminded me of it was a push for a 4 hotel.

The breakfast buffet presented many options, including fresh fruit and local cheeses. i especially liked the convenient beach shuttle service that allowed easy access to the coast. the attentive front desk staff addressed every request promptly, and they ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. a highlight for me was the immaculate housekeeping service that kept the suite pristine daily.
I found the gym equipment showing some signs of wear.

The staff provided really good support, with Gőkhan, the F.O. Manager, displaying amazing professionalism and commitment to customer service. The reception staff offered support, even using personal devices to assist guests.
