Excellent amenities and perfect location
convenient location rental place spacious room
The hotel's location offered proximity to the gondola. A ski rental place was located inside the hotel which i found quite convenient. My room was clean, quite spacious, and very tidy. Breakfast and dinner options were also good. There was ample variety.
The receptionist seemed unable to inform about the parking price. This was inconvenient. The hotel parking costs almost four times more than the public parking located across the road. I discovered this only later.

The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly at the ski rental spot located in the hotel. Assistance with equipment and directions was readily available, i noticed. The ski rental service was quite efficient.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast included a sufficient variety of options, even though it wasn't extensive, i found it adequate. Dinner also presented multiple choices. The food preparation was acceptable. Both services met my needs.
Location
10/10
The hotel is close to the gondola, this made access very easy. Nearby shops and restaurants offered added convenience, they were easy to reach. The location was great! though the parking was expensive.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a pool and saunas, both were in good condition and well maintained. A shuttle service to the ski lift is available, I appreciated this. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the location was great, a short walk to the gondola. fresh towels were delivered to the room daily (a small touch, but appreciated).
