mixed feelings about the stay

good sizelong waitsbalcony door
the room was a good size.
the breakfast area lacked self-service drinks , causing long waits and frustration. the staff seemed overwhelmed , leading to untidy tables and a chaotic atmosphere. pillows were uncomfortable , and the balcony door didn't close properly , letting in cold air.
