i found the staff very helpful and friendly. my room was large and beautifully decorated. the public areas of the hotel are worth a visit.. the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
the street noise was noticeable in my room at times. this was a very slight inconvenience.

fresh breakfast gym access varied options faulty air conditioning uncomfortable night loud noise
the breakfast provided many options. everything tasted fresh. the gym was accessible and quite good (i used it every day).
The air conditioning did not work properly. i found this made the night uncomfortable. there was a loud noise coming from a cupboard. I could not identify the source.

really good cleanliness helpful staff pleasant scent
the hotel was clean! the staff were happy and helpful! it really shows the management values them. the manager at reception was wonderful and ready to assist! the scent throughout the lobby and rooms was a bonus!
Street noise was noticeable. This impacted my sleep.

the location is in a charming district, close to many great restaurants. it is not close to duomo. the grand canal dating back to 1177 is a short walk. the canal boasts a good evening atmosphere.

The breakfast options were quite LIMITED , especially considering the price. I found it ODD that ordering an omelette required an additional charge. the rooms were not connected as confirmed prior to arrival. The distance from the city center was also a noticeable inconvenience.
