The air conditioning did not work properly. i found this made the night uncomfortable. there was a loud noise coming from a cupboard. I could not identify the source.

the hotel was clean! the staff were happy and helpful! it really shows the management values them. the manager at reception was wonderful and ready to assist! the scent throughout the lobby and rooms was a bonus!

The breakfast options were quite LIMITED , especially considering the price. I found it ODD that ordering an omelette required an additional charge. the rooms were not connected as confirmed prior to arrival. The distance from the city center was also a noticeable inconvenience.
