beach location friendly staff good size pool
The pool's location right next to the beach was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and it had plenty of loungers, but I wish there were some tables and chairs around the pool. I enjoyed the pool and beach bar!
The room seemed a bit old and I feel it lacked a little cleanliness.

restful days by the bay

creative arts board games themed adventures outdoor play
rutchira was a great animator. he keep the kids smiling all day. he planned activities appropriate for all ages. the kids were always excited and full of stories. the staff cleaned the rooms with care. fresh water was always available. rupan remembered our names and knew our preferred spot by the pool. i like his smile.

really good stay with great service

excellent care great respect fine location
the staff provided excellent care and respect . i appreciated that they remembered my allergies at every meal. the resort location is fine with warm sea (the warmest i have ever stepped foot in, i must say!).
i noticed that wifi was only available in public areas and not within the room itself (this was a bit inconvenient).

the staff was very attentive to all requests. a manager (janaka) arranged a special dinner on the beach. the spa staff were lovely and offered free yoga every morning.

the hotel features a fine infinity pool. the beach is clean, and the sea is warm. there is a gym available , also an area for table tennis and target practice.

my ocean suite sea view room was spacious and beautiful. it had all necessary amenities. the bathroom included his and hers sinks and a rainfall shower (i loved it).
