The staff was courteous . They offered help with buffet items . The food was AMAZING!!! I found the hotel very clean.
The room felt small for two people and the bathroom had limited space.

The staff offered really good courtesy! I appreciated their willingness to bring food from the buffet. The food WAS amazing!!! The ITC brand is now my second favorite. The security guard, Ashok, gave a GREAT warm welcome.
The small inconvenience I experienced was that the hot water briefly was brown before clearing up. They explained city work affected the water.
