Acceptable Stay with Issues

The location is very convenient if you want to ski. the staff are friendly.
I found the pillows to be quite flat (not very supportive). The writing desk in the room was not suitable for working, so I had to use the bar. The stairs to the tiny jacuzzi and sauna were dangerously steep and narrow. No hiking maps were available at reception.

the staff at reception was cute. they organised gluten free breakfast options for my husband, I appreciated that.
the receptionist at check in was strange. she. there was a private party in the bar, but we couldn't sit there. this seemed odd since there weren't many guests.
