professional stafflimited selectiondiscourteous attendant
the villa was acceptable, also staff were professional.
i must report disappointment with breakfast. the selection was LIMITED , not offering many choices. when i checked out, THE front desk attendant was discourteous. he did not greet me politely.

Excellent Resort Stay

The staff welcomed me warmly. Linh, the front of house manager, and Lan at reception provided really good service. Son David, the Food and Beverage Manager, always had a smile at the breakfast buffet. Miên gave one of the best massages I ever had, a definite highlight.
The bed in my room was a bit too firm for my liking.

I was upgraded to a lovely, quiet room. I really appreciated this. the resort features contemporary yet traditional architecture. the gardens are well kept and very peaceful. the bed was very comfortable. i was impressed with the daily room service.
the shared spaces lacked air conditioning, made the reception area quite warm.
