The breakfast was very good. I especially liked the wide choice of excellent cuisine. I appreciated that the Suava restaurant was first class! The half board package seemed like great value, too.
The water damage in the bathrooms was not great. I noticed we didn't have any extra pillows available. Housekeeping should learn to knock before entering a room, it was scary!

the hotel location felt quite isolated, not exactly central. my room was a far cry from what i expected for a 4-star hotel, very disappointing. The outdated bathroom featured a slippery tub i found difficult to manage and the provided hairdryer did not work.

The shuttle to the rail station was a great help. the customer service was excellent. Yosef kamal, the cocktail wizard, was friendly and efficient.
the room was small. i also found the reception staff to be unfriendly and they seemed to have an attitude problem.
