Upon arrival, all staff members displayed a friendly demeanor. despite the kitchen being closed, they arranged for pizza to be delivered from an external source. on the first night, i noticed the air conditioning was not working. The manager, leyla, promptly offered alternative room options. all the rooms feature beautiful designs.
the pool bar was never open, a slight inconvenience for poolside refreshments.

I found the room to be modern and cleaned every day. The cleaning staff was friendly. The location is near the waterfront, a short walk away, I saw coffee places and restaurants there.
The selection at the bar was somewhat limited.

The cleaning staff was friendly. They cleaned the room daily and refilled drinking water. The reception was helpful and polite. The pool and loungers were perfect. The food offered tasty selections. The hotel location provided easy access to local amenities.
The all-inclusive drinks ended strictly at 11 p.m.
