i appreciated the attentive service. breakfast was good with varied options (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the hotel arranged a great tour to ba na hills and marble mountain. the provision of bicycles allowed me to explore the area easily.
the pool was a bit small considering the number of guests at the hotel.

The room had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival, it was unpleasant. despite mentioning it to the front desk, the issue persisted throughout my stay. They failed to properly address it.

i found the entire staff very helpful , and they were always smiling and ready to provide any information i needed. chau was cute , she. i loved the free bikes to explore the area.
i noticed a very slight smell of oil burning in the room , but it wasn't a big deal.

I found the staff cute and helpful. Nancy and Hana were particularly BEAUTIFUL and good. The hotel provides quiet surroundings, yet it remains conveniently close to everything. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured lovely appointments. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
I noticed the room could benefit from a small update, as there were a few marks on the walls, but it didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

the room service was a bit slow one evening. it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. but overall a minor hiccup in an otherwise great stay
