great balcony many choices none existent wifi unfriendly staff

i was staying in a junior suite balcony this year. it had a great balcony. breakfast had many choices with eggs ordered as i liked.

wifi was none existent in my room and that was very frustrating for me. the hotel bar staff were not friendly at all and this made me sad.
