generally a nice stay
friendly staff breakfast variety amazing view high price slow check-in
the staff were very friendly and helpful! the breakfast had a wide variety. the hotel location offered amazing views.
the restaurant prices seemed a little high, though the food was alright. finishing the check-in process took longer than i hoped.

fantastic jabal akhdar escape
recreation activities friendly staff
I enjoyed the recreation activities provided, and the yoga classes were a nice addition. i found the location had an amazing view. I could even see the mountains when clouds filled the sky. it almost seemed within reach! the staff displayed a friendly and helpful demeanor.
The food prices at the restaurants seemed quite high to me. I found the food adequate, but not worth the premium cost.

The gym had a good selection of equipment. Yoga classes were available several times a week. the rooftop bar provided really good dining, and there was a spa. I noticed it included several treatment rooms. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

my room included necessary amenities and was very spacious. i had a standard room that was clean. the canyon-facing rooms seemed to be particularly popular. it included one king-size bed.

Breakfast offered lots of variety. The food tasted very fresh. the rooftop restaurant vue had a nice ambiance. i saw there was a half-board buffet. the breakfast terrace offered amazing views.

Staff completed check-in formalities very fast. i observed they were very supportive. Staff at reception were helpful. the hotel had a very professional staff. all requests were handled quickly.
