I found the staff helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the ski gondola. A heated room for ski equipment is available with big racks. The hotel's restaurant offered tasty and cheap food. It stayed open late.
The building seemed somewhat old. I noticed the cleaning was not very thorough. It could improve. I found the extra bed for children not comfortable.

i found the breakfast selection quite limited. they seemed to run out of items quickly, and there wasn't much variety from day to day. also, the cleanliness in the spa area was questionable. i noticed some areas that looked neglected, and it made me wonder about the overall hygiene standards.

The service left much to be desired. Everything seemed to require extra payment for example tea bags in the room. the room service and cleaning were substandard i found the garbage bag left on the floor. the sauna smelled unpleasant and was not functional despite the good cakes at breakfast.

the hotel includes a playroom, thats amazing. it feature table tennis and table football, super cool for adults and kids! the hotel offer a taverna restaurant in the evenings, im surprised how tasty the food was. i love that greek waiter, he.
the carpet in my room have dirty smell and its worn out, what a disaster. it should got replace it many years ago! also, they never clean my room when i stayed. this is unacceptable.

i loved the heated ski equipment room. it had large racks! free transport to the ski gondola was super precise. it was always on time in the mornings and afternoons. the hotel's restaurant served great food. the prices were surprisingly cheap. it was available until almost midnight!!!
the carpet in my room was super dirty. it was also smelly. it looked very worn out. the carpet throughout the corridor was just as bad. it should have been replaced!!! the room was never cleaned !!!
