My double room pool view was very comfortable and clean. The meals offered were great with many varied options. I enjoyed live performances each evening, a true highlight of my stay.
I noticed that the gym towels were sometimes not restocked promptly. This was a minor inconvenience, but it's something I hope the hotel addresses.

The rooms include earth-friendly shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand soap. The rooms are cleaned daily and turndown service provides chocolates nightly. The minibar is replenished each day providing drinks and snacks.

The staff served drinks and food at the sun loungers by the pool. The staff members are helpful and offer a warm welcome. Carolina always welcomes guests and seats them with the warmest hugs.
