The Hyatt Regency Chicago is a solid choice for those attending events in the city, with a great conference service and friendly, attentive staff. My stay was elevated by their exceptional service, especially during a busy weekend like the NBA All-Star event. However, the room quality varied, and I found some aspects of the reservation process a bit frustrating.
