The hotel stood close to many shops and dining locations. Our standard king room included useful amenities. I appreciated the super clean room on arrival.
The room felt a little too small for four persons. The staff messed up my reservation initially. Breakfast lacked fresh options like meat.

friendly staff great location small room no bathroom fan
The beds were PERFECT. I enjoyed the shower. Staff were super friendly, and the location was great. It was easy to walk to Yonge and Dundas Square. It was pretty central for uber rides.
the room were SMALL. There was no bathroom fan. I did not find a fountain to refill water bottles in the hotel.

efficient staff luggage storage
The staff were efficient. I appreciated that they stored luggage at the start and end of the stay. There were many elevators, so there was minimal wait to get to my room from the reception.
The air vents were full of visible dust and set off my sinuses.

The hotel offered a fantastic morning buffet. The selection included a variety of hot and cold options, as well as fresh fruit and pastries. I found the dining area clean and well kept.

The staff were kind and accommodating . They helped me find parking since my rental car was too large for the hotel parking garage. Brian gave me great information about the city!

easy access enthusiastic service central location
i found it easy to get around! it is very close to the subway station. i appreciated the enthusiastic service. rooms were clean and tidy every day! the location is perfect, super close to the train station and centrally located..
i think the parking should be more competitive with nearby options! i found the overnight rate higher than expected. this could be improved . it's something to consider for better value.

the breakfast buffet offered multiple options. i saw gluten-free choices, fruits, bacon, sausage, eggs, breads, and yogurt. the restaurant staff ensured everything was well-stocked and promptly cleared tables.

The location of the hotel was acceptable, close to transportation.
The room I booked, a "Standard Queen Room", felt quite small. There was barely space to move around the bed (which was a bit annoying), and the bathroom felt cramped. I also found it irritating that the website mentioned free breakfast, but it actually cost extra. (I even asked at the front desk to be sure).

The location was really convenient to many places. The elevators require a room key, SO SECURITY is increased. The lobby felt spacious. Jenny, the desk staff, was helpful.

good equipment food quality
the gym was useful.. it had good equipment for a quick workout. i found the breakfast price reasonable and the food quality was good. there were many options available.
A whistling noise occurred in my room from the window. It kept me up at night.
