However, my recent experience left much to be desired, especially regarding room cleanliness and the miscommunication about my reservation. While I enjoyed the casino environment and live music, the stay was overshadowed by issues with the room. The hotel's location is fantastic and provides easy access to amenities, but it could use some improvement in room management.
