The entertainment team, including dayana and joa, created great games. It was very appreciated. eric at the bar provided perfect service, always ready to help. I loved that. the opera night at piccadilly was an intense, good family experience. We enjoyed it very much. the accommodation was very clean and a great place to stay.
the hotel didn't offer alternative milk options with intolerances, a slight inconvenience.
