My experience was far from stellar. The room felt quite small, and there was nowhere to hang clothes after unpacking.. The pool area seemed limited, with only a handful of beds available, securing a spot was a challenge.

The front desk staff Danica was very cute. Maria and Michelle were very helpful. House keeping staff Abid was professional and prompt. Krishna also helped a lot. I experienced great value for money.
The small parking area was overfull. I could not park my car properly.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

The front office staff, including Chandra, Aldrin, Maria, and Mitchel, offered excellent customer service. Mandeep and Thomby from housekeeping were also very helpful and efficient. Nikki accommodated all our requests easily and took ownership of the solutions. Maria ensured that everything was well taken care of upon our exit.
The location is a bit inconvenient since there isn't much in the immediate vicinity.

The restaurant provided very good food and friendly staff. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). We had dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights and waited. Each time we had to wait two hours to have dishes, which are not very good.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The location was reasonably close to public transportation, which I found helpful.
I faced issues with the room's amenities. The mini-fridge did not work at all, and despite reporting it twice, it was never fixed ( annoying). I had to throw away some food I had bought because of it. Sleep was difficult, and the constant hammering started early each morning.
