The staff was helpful and polite, even assisting with the e-vignette process. The hotel provided complimentary parking. This was very convenient. I found the room spacious and cute. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I noticed some dust in the room upon arrival.

The receptionist, Tadej, was very friendly. Sound insulation in the new annex building was excellent. I also found easy parking and a supercharger area in the car park. I had a great stay overall.
The breakfast coffee was from a machine. I expected better coffee for the price paid per person. This was a minor disappointment .

The hotel provides practical access to the zoo. It is well placed for onward journeys as it is right beside the motorway. Getting to the city is also easy from this location.

A swimming pool is available, though it is better suited for swimming than relaxation. A bar offers good coffee. The hotel provides a big, free parking space.

The breakfast offered plenty of different options. It was not common at other Four Points hotels.
I found fungus in the milk provided in the room. It was REALLY disgusting. The bed was made shoddily. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel like this. NO stirrers were provided in the room.
