My room featured daily room service, which I found very convenient. The hotel also provided a spacious bathroom. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed.
I noticed there was no bar. What used to be the bar was as just a seating area. They did not serve anything past 10pm. The breakfast was basic. I found that there was no option to order anything else and pay either. The room smelled of stale tobacco

noisy room inconsistent shower
The location was good. It was close to many attractions.
I was given a twin room instead of the requested double room. it was noisy, too. the shower kept alternating between hot and cold water, a real inconvenience. the room cleaning wasn't thorough. They only replaced water bottles.

The location is central. It allowed easy access to the city's attractions. the staff demonstrated professionalism. They promptly addressed all requests. i especially appreciated the easy parking under the hotel, which saved considerable time. the rooms were notably clean, a detail i value highly.
i found that the spa was frequently fully booked, difficult to access .

The staff was helpful and courteous. They answered all inquiries promptly. they also offered assistance with directions and provided recommendations for local attractions. the concierge service was available 24/7, a great advantage.

The room featured a king-size bed and high ceilings. It had a sitting area. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room size was ample, i could store luggage with ease.

The hotel gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It opens early. the pool area had about twenty loungers and a shaded section. i found that amenities were properly maintained.

central location helpful staff
The hotel is located right in the pedestrian area of the town center, so I could easily reach attractions and restaurants. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast included many options (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries).
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait for a treadmill.
