The location was good. It was close to many attractions.
I was given a twin room instead of the requested double room. it was noisy, too. the shower kept alternating between hot and cold water, a real inconvenience. the room cleaning wasn't thorough. They only replaced water bottles.

The location is central. It allowed easy access to the city's attractions. the staff demonstrated professionalism. They promptly addressed all requests. i especially appreciated the easy parking under the hotel, which saved considerable time. the rooms were notably clean, a detail i value highly.
i found that the spa was frequently fully booked, difficult to access .

The hotel is located right in the pedestrian area of the town center, so I could easily reach attractions and restaurants. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast included many options (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries).
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait for a treadmill.
