The air conditioning in our two-bedroom villa private pool & kitchen barely worked! the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. also, the advertised shuttle service to the beach was infrequent, causing significant delays and overcrowding. It felt more like a stressful scramble than a convenient service, i felt disappointed
