convenient machine early breakfast

The hotel features a coffee machine in the reception area I found convenient. I also appreciated that breakfast started at 7 am a helpful time for early departures.

The room did not have coffee or tea making facilities which was slightly inconvenient.

The location is excellent I could easily reach many shops and bus stops. The staff were helpful I found them friendly and available. The room was clean I appreciated that.

Acceptable, but some ISSUES need addressing

broken lift small room

The lift was OUT of service . I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was quite small. It only had a handheld shower. The rainwater head did NOT function. We also experienced a period with NO hot water.

the staff were really helpful with directions. the room included a useful fridge. the air conditioning worked well. i found the coffee machine a nice touch.

i noticed a slight delay with the elevator service.

This hotel had some upsides. The staff was lovely and helpful . My room included a free safe. The room also had a welcome bottle of water.
