friendly staff spacious room amazing sunset unreliable wifi repetitive breakfast limited english
the staff were very friendly and helpful i appreciated their attentiveness. our room was upgraded to the pool room it was spacious and clean. the restaurant had amazing sunsets i found this a highlight.
the wifi was unreliable this was frustrating. the breakfast options remained the same each day i found this repetitive.

the room was cleaned perfectly every morning. i had breakfast included and the breakfast buffet selection was excellent (especially the fresh fruit!).
the staff had some difficulty with english.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were nice and helpful. overall it was a positive experience.
The housekeeper left our doors unlocked every day. Even after i reported it twice to the front desk. This was scary, and more insects got into the room.

I stayed in a Beach Front Pool Villa. The room was well-serviced and private. The hotel's gardens are beautifully landscaped and situated right on the beach. The restaurant has delicious Thai cuisine. Breakfast options were substantial.

slow service mosquito nets
The provided breakfast included a buffet selection.
The service was slow and the staff was not very attentive. The rooms lacked mosquito nets and this led to a lot of mosquitoes. I was not informed about the need for mosquito spray.
