The service at the beach shuttle met my expectations. It was convenient.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no iron available. i inquired about getting one, but was told ironing services cost extra per garment. it felt excessive to pay for something i could easily do myself.

The suite was super spacious. i really loved the games room. It had so many cool options. I played for hours. transfer to the beach was easy. the beach area and dining area there had a view of the mountains. I loved it.
The breakfast was the same food every day. It could have used more variety

the hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach, a great amenity. the taxi services worked well and the staff helped us find transportation easily. the hotel is also just a short drive from the airport, this made arrival and departure very easy.
the breakfast options were limited and somewhat repetitive . i would have liked to see more variety in the buffet.

i loved how clean my room was and it had everything i needed! the staff were super friendly. breakfast was really good. i also liked the pool, it was big enough for everyone and really clean!
The location is a bit out of the way. You need a taxi to get to the main attractions.

the pool was large and clean. i used the provided shuttle service to visit the nearby beach it was very convenient. breakfast had many options and tasted good. i found the on-site spa services very relaxing and reasonably priced.
the hotel location is a little remote a short taxi ride solves this minor inconvenience.

The staff demonstrated great professionalism. The excellent spa provided a relaxing experience. I found the body scrub and massage by staff amazing.
The hotel is smaller than the photos suggested. I believe they use panoramic pictures, giving more depth views.
