a good stay
kind gesture complimentary cookies superb base wonderful beds
i appreciated the kind gesture of complimentary cookies upon arrival. the room had water provided which was a pleasant addition. the location was great for exploring downtown and served as a superb base for my explorations. the beds felt wonderful and the shower worked just as expected.
i found the breakfast expensive and i was not told the bar was shut.

The staff at the valet were really great. Maria at reception was cute and kind. I was happy to find the rooms were spacious.. I found many dining options nearby.
Rooms are a bit old and the furniture looks worn. There were only a few elevators working, and there was always a line to use them. I requested a crib, and it took over four hours to get it, quite an inconvenience.

the location was central and quite acceptable.
my room lacked basic amenities. the hotel provided only one coffee capsule and two tea bags, insufficient for three guests. i also found no bathrobes or slippers, items i consider essential for a hotel charging those prices..
