a luxury stay

convenient location lovely aesthetic spacious room
I found the location convenient, close to the train station and downtown. it also has a lovely aesthetic feel to it. The decorations were fine. my room was spacious and clean, with a separate seating area.
The staff at the front desk was unhelpful. A firm pillow i requested never arrived.

the gym offered essential equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes, awesome for basic workouts. a business center provided computers and printers needing to conduct work. meeting rooms also existed for formal discussions.

dirty bathroom missing towels
The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel's interior was beautiful.
The housekeeping was unacceptable. the towels were not replaced one day. on the second day, i found used towels and a dirty bathroom. The countertop, mirror, and sink had not been cleaned, and there were carryout containers and empty bottles left out.

spacious rooms accommodating front desk perfume scent bar overcharge
The rooms are spacious. they were beautifully decorated. I really appreciated that the hotel front desk was accommodating and got us into our room early.
The entrance had an overly perfume-scented entrance. I found this to be overpowering. I was also overcharged for drinks at the bar, which i had to dispute.

Wonderful Hotel, Very Charmed

quiet hotel calm environment comfortable bed
The location is great. Public transit are mere steps away. I escaped the hustle and bustle into the hotel's calm environment. I appreciate the super comfortable bed and amazing staff a lot.
I noticed a slight wait for the valet sometimes.

The train station is a quick, easy walk from the hotel. The hotel is very near the Metro, which I found very useful. Exploring the city was convenient.

My top-floor room overlooked the square. The bathroom included a walk-in shower. It was one of the biggest I have seen. The hotel always refreshed the coffee machine and water daily.

Overrated stay. Expected more

bathroom floor small bottles
the location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
Our beautiful room 1 king bed wasn't clean to standard. I noticed hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival. the shower gel bottles were small and weren't replaced after two days, leaving us without enough for our stay. also, the rate i paid really didn't match the level of service.
