serene escape with excellent service

the king size bed was very comfortable. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the infinity swimming pool was nice. i enjoyed one dinner at the resort with delicious food and traditional greek music.
the reception area looks dated. but once you go inside the hotel and grounds, it transforms. i did not like that part of the hotel.

The staff was really friendly and always ready to help! Our room included a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food was tasty.
The gym had air conditioning problems, made exercising difficult. I reported a broken rowing machine. The spa bath, sauna, and steam room were out of service.

Petros and his team were very cute and comfortable. The breakfast had plentiful options. Our Luxury Suite room was spacious and situated perfectly with a view over the beach and the bay (it was a real treat to wake up to). The pool had beautiful views also, and the team catered to our needs.
I did notice the towels were not always replaced, and I needed to request fresh sets from housekeeping. It was a small inconvenience. The bathroom amenities were sometimes limited, with occasional delays in restocking items such as shampoo.

Our Luxury Suite included a sizeable balcony and comfortable bedding. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and a mini-fridge, useful for storing drinks. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and well kept.

The staff was friendly. They promptly addressed our questions and requests throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the team was always happy to help with directions or suggestions.

Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. Lunch by the pool had big portions (especially the salads!). The pool bar served tasty drinks, and the staff ensured timely service.
