The staff was super helpful and friendly. Johan was particularly attentive. The suite had great views and a fantastic balcony with a table, chairs, and two sun beds. It was very private, so I could mix with others or not.

I noticed that some services were provided in cooperation with a hotel some 100 meters away (I didn't find that ideal).

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is quite quiet considering how centrally located it is. It gives convenient access to the Waterfront and Camps Bay (both easily accessible).

The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. Evening canapés and cake were a welcome touch. I enjoyed the quality of the food and the attentiveness during meal times.
