the hotel location is fantastic, right next to a great outdoor shopping plaza.. it featured several restaurants, stores, and even a cinema. the staff was amazing, very cute, attentive, and always ready to help. i also liked the comfortable bed and the large window in the room.
i found the breakfast wasn't included in the price, this was unexpected. i think breakfast should be included.

the hotel had very nice cleanliness and organization. every space , from rooms to common areas , maintained a super clean standard. beds offered comfort, and room amenities felt thoughtful. the staff always showed great friendliness and support.
the television had an extra charge beyond a few standard channels.

The hotel kept very clean public spaces. My room included spacious wardrobe. I enjoyed the helpful staff. They gave good recommendations for local restaurants. The staff moved us to a handicap room since I forgot to book it and this was nice.
The spa had limited facilities. The shower drain was clogged too.

The outdoor shopping plaza is very convenient and offers multiple restaurants, stores, and a supermarket. Concierge staff are cute and always ready to support guests. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet, and the hosts are always helpful.
The room doors were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep after 8 AM when people started leaving their rooms.
