Romantic Palermo Escape
cool design spacious bathroom
the staff demonstrated really good kindness I especially appreciated the cool design of the hotel. my beautiful double room was very clean it had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast included fresh delicacies and an a la carte menu.
this was a minor distraction but noticeable. i hope they finalize these details soon.

room upgrade kind staff birthday surprise
the staff gave many recommendations. i received a room upgrade for my husband's birthday, a nice surprise. the team was very kind and helpful.
i believe the hotel should pay more attention to detail during breakfast service.

totally awesome stay!
cool spot secret garden great breakfast
wow, i had such a blast at this hotel. the staff are real rockstars, always ready with tips and helping me find cool spots. i really enjoyed the ivy covered courtyard because it seemed like a secret garden. plus, breakfast each morning was a feast!
the room fridge was working just a little slow.

the staff provided prompt assistance with directions. they are always available at the front desk and addressed inquiries efficiently. i got helpful recommendations for local restaurants and shops, such a great service.

my beautiful double room included air conditioning. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. the bed felt huge and comfortable, this room felt fantastic.

great selection friendly staff bad air conditioning faulty refrigerator
The breakfast had a great selection of food and coffee. The staff was always happy to help. Great restaurants are very close to the hotel. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the main tourist road.
The air conditioning did not work very well in my room. I was uncomfortably warm. The refrigerator also didn't work well. It was replaced, but still not very cold.

mixed feelings about this hotel
thin walls disorganized breakfast
I experienced some issues . The walls seemed thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway carried quite easily. This made it difficult to relax at times. the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized. Refilling the buffet items was slow, and I often had to wait.

underwhelming experience
faulty air conditioning noticeable street noise
the air conditioning barely worked. the room remained too warm throughout my stay. the staff acknowledged the issue, but they couldn't resolve it. also, the promised soundproofing was inadequate. street noise was noticeable late into the night and early in the morning disrupting my rest.
