wow, i had such a blast at this hotel. the staff are real rockstars, always ready with tips and helping me find cool spots. i really enjoyed the ivy covered courtyard because it was like a secret garden. plus, breakfast each morning was a feast!
the room fridge was working just a little slow.

the staff provided prompt assistance with directions. they are always available at the front desk and addressed inquiries efficiently. i got helpful recommendations for local restaurants and shops, such a great service.

the hotel features a courtyard and also has a spa. lumia Restaurant is on-site. breakfast includes a variety of options like pastries, fresh fruit, and also scrambled eggs, that was a great facility.

my beautiful double room included air conditioning. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. the bed felt huge and comfortable, this room felt fantastic.

the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. it's easy to walk to major attractions from the hotel. i was able to hear church bells, and the police station location is close by to the hotel.

The breakfast had a great selection of food and coffee. The staff was always happy to help. Great restaurants are very close to the hotel. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the main tourist road.
The air conditioning did not work very well in my room. I was uncomfortably warm. The refrigerator also didn't work well. It was replaced, but still not very cold.

thin wallsdisorganized breakfast
I experienced some issues . The walls seemed thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway carried quite easily. This made it difficult to relax at times. the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized. Refilling the buffet items was slow, and I often had to wait.

underwhelming experience
faulty air conditioningnoticeable street noise
the air conditioning barely worked. the room remained too warm throughout my stay. the staff acknowledged the issue, but they couldn't resolve it. also, the promised soundproofing was inadequate. street noise was noticeable late into the night and early in the morning disrupting my rest.
