I found the location quite convenient. It was close to quincy market and faneuil hall. various local tours were also easily accessible. the room was spacious for a big city. the bathroom was huge, and there was a cute little balcony! i would definitely stay here again. The location is really unmatched.
the heat wasn't working properly , and i had to call the front desk. someone came to check, and i was told i needed to move rooms. i would have appreciated assistance with moving my belongings to the new room, but that was not offered!

The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, bars, and activities. i was really grateful to be close to so many places. It made exploring the city very convenient. the staff was helpful with every question i had, i appreciated their readiness to assist.
the tv in my room didn't work, and some of the lights were out though the bed was reasonably comfortable. i would consider staying again but might choose a bigger room hoping it would be better maintained.
