the elevator did not work consistently. because of this i mostly walked to and from my 3rd floor room, even with luggage. i thought a higher level of customer service should be available for the price.

The room faced the street. it was very noisy due to street activity. sleep was difficult. the walls seemed thin. I heard a lot of noise from other rooms too. i didn't get much rest. the elevator was also slow and small. It was often crowded with staff and their equipment. this added to the frustration.
