dusty deskunwashed coffee machine
i was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room i had. there was a lot of dust on the desk and a lot of hair on the floor upon arrival. the coffee machine was also not washed before my arrival , which was not up to par for the hotel and the price i paid.

The room included le labo body soap and shampoo. The location is very good, near food, sights, and the river. The hotel has three spots to eat and drink. I found this very convenient . The rooftop patio provides panoramic views.
The room interior seemed slightly dated but had most amenities.

The front desk team leader was supportive and accommodating. The staff showed flexibility with my requests. Concierge assistance was excellent and helpful for touring. Housekeeping provided great service, ensuring a nice and neat room.

the room had exposed brick that added charm. the bed was comfortable with fresh bedding. i found ample storage in both the dresser and lighted closets.
the toiletries were limited with just small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided daily. it was not quite enough for two people.

the staff was cute and helpful with directions. the housekeeping staff kept the room tidy and provided fresh towels each day.. they also left bottled water and mini chocolates.

the location is near shopping and restaurants. it is also close to the metro station, which i used to get around easily. the basilica is right outside the door.
