The receptionist upgraded both rooms I booked for free! A delicious birthday cake surprised my daughter. This gesture was thoughtful. The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, and room service was fast. Restaurants and supermarkets were nearby, so convenient!
The check-in process and security were not cooperative when I ordered food! The delivery guy waited outside. I had to go down to pick up my guest, even after informing them.

The hotel is near a metro station. It is easy to reach various points! Several restaurants and cafes are nearby. I noticed a supermarket within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Really good Service and Great Location

helpful staff free upgrade convenient location
The hotel staff were polite and helpful (especially Paul, Zafran, and Jovanjeet). I got a free room upgrade. The location is very near to the Al Rigga Metro station. The food was super and offered great value.

excellent buffet juicy tempura complimentary food
the buffet IS excellent. It features options from different cuisines. The shrimp tempura tasted juicy. I also enjoyed the soft texture of fish. The staff provided complimentary food when i planned a party.
the music near the pool was loud. I felt that the lyrics were not appropriate for children. more information at check in would have been great.

excellent stay!

spacious room nice furniture helpful alok business meeting
the boardroom on m floor suited our business meeting needs perfectly. coffee breaks had many options and arrived exactly on time. buffet lunch was amazing!!! all requests were accommodated, and that was so appreciated. the room was spacious and included nice furniture. i also found the toilet to be clean. i appreciated the excellent location of this hotel. alok was helpful, even during the comfortable check-in process. he seemed to really care about my needs and worked to. the staff were amazing!!!
The bathroom drainage wasn't perfect. Water tended to accumulate in the shower area. additionally, the air purification and circulation systems in both the room and bathroom were subpar.

polite staff hot food
The reception staffs behavior was very courteous. An upgrade to a very large room with good furniture came as a charmed surprise. Dining at breakfast was a continental affair with a wide food selection. Chefs made hot foods per request, and this was very nice.
The hotel did charged money for early check-in at 9:40 instead of 12:00. It was a first for me in a 5-star hotel.

good quality breakfast unprofessional call
The breakfast had many choices and good quality. The staff were excellent.
I was granted a late check-out until 2:00 pm, but at 1:51 pm, I received a call asking me to check out immediately. This felt very unprofessional and dismissive.
