excellent central hotel

beautiful groundmodern interiorgreat poolwarm room
the location is superb, a short walk to st sauveur cathedral. the grounds are beautiful. i found the modern interior tastefully decorated. the pool was wonderful for relaxation between sightseeing activities.
the air conditioning looked to be centrally set, rooms were too warm! i had to keep the window open so i was bitten by mosquitoes.

The hotel included a spa area. This area featured one hydro-massage pool. I found the outdoor pool very inviting. I also appreciated the multi-lingual staff.
The air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted in my room. The temperature was preset to 22C. It was uncomfortably warm. A fan did not help cool the room sufficiently.

The staff was attentive and helpful. They provided directions to me. The employees went the extra mile to communicate effectively with my taxi driver. The multi-lingual staff was very professional too.

the air conditioning was preset, so i could not control the temperature in my room.

The location was great. it is close to st sauveur cathedral and place des cardeurs. the pool was wonderful. the spa facilities added a luxurious touch. I really enjoyed that. the room was spacious with solid ac!
The front desk staff didn't go the extra mile, though they seemed friendly. i asked about taxi fares to avignon, but i didn't get much help. also, the air conditioning was preset, so i couldn't adjust the temperature. That was a bummer!

The location was superb. I could walk to many attractions. the outdoor pool was very refreshing after sightseeing. the hotel offered easy access to nearby restaurants. i also found parking convenient with the close proximity to a large car park.
the air conditioning seemed preset, so i couldn't adjust the temperature in my room as needed.
