The location is amazing. the private beach access. the star lit pool is fine, and i really enjoyed the symposium restaurant. The food was delicious. the spa team was lovely and helpful, a real plus!
during my stay, i noticed a lack of friendliness among some staff members, which impacted the overall experience. a little more attentiveness would have been appreciated!

The staff provided shuttle bus service into mykonos. It really added to the convenience. the concierge guided me. secured a restaurant reservation. housekeeping cleaned the rooms two times each day so everything felt fresh.

the hotel is located in a very quiet area on the island. the bus stop is a short walk. the complimentary shuttle service is available to mykonos town in the evenings. its beautiful location has amazing views.

The infinity pool has an amazing view. I had a relaxing atmosphere there. there's a beautiful little church inside the resort. it has an enjoyable ambiance. the hotel also offers a convenient shuttle bus.

i loved that the shuttle bus provided transport to and from town. it saved a lot of money on taxis. the breakfast selection offered many choices, including fresh omelets. the sea view from our villa was beautiful.

i expected a bit more. the shuttle service was unreliable. it was not running consistently during the times it was supposed to be available. the tennis court was also in poor condition. the floor was completely unusable. it made playing impossible. the broken glas on the beach was the worst!!!

The breakfast buffet included many choices and was high QUALITY. The room was upgraded and featured an outdoor jacuzzi. The private beach had a long deck and proved magical.
I requested an umbrella several times though reception said none were available.
