I appreciated the staff's attentiveness and how they anticipated needs. The hotel provided a pillow menu (what a treat!), allowing guests to customize their sleeping experience to their preference.
I found that the room was quite small. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable (unfortunately) and caused some neck and back pain .

the view was amazing from the room i stayed in. fresh bathroom with modern decor was also nice.
the coffee machine was present, but there was no kettle for tea. it gave my tea a slight coffee flavor.

the hotel features a spa that provides rejuvenating treatments. the architecture of the building provides an excellent experience, and there are great terrace areas for relaxation and socializing. breakfast was included, made mornings easier.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the breakfast offered plentiful choices each morning. i found the surrounding forest provided a serene setting for walks. a nearby restaurant offered delicious local cuisine.
The elevator near my room made a slight humming sound at night. It didn't bother me much though.

the hotel is near a forest, nice for walking. it is not too far from the airport, which helped my travel a lot. there is a bus stop near the hotel entrance.

The staff was very helpful. they offered assistance with luggage and directions. the hotel had a pillow menu. It was a nice touch. the restaurant food was also very good. I enjoyed my dinner.
the room felt small, really. the pillows were uncomfortable. i experienced neck pain after the first night. the sheets also did not feel soft.

the staff were really good. they worked tirelessly to ensure all guests had a wonderful experience, especially those staying at the hotel. the food was excellent both at the wedding and throughout our stay.
my only very small observation is that there was some minor building work, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere during the day.

the breakfast selection was amazing, offering amazing choices with high-quality ingredients. the presentation of hot menu items was beautiful. ziyad restaurant provided divine dining experiences, clearly showing the chefs' care in cooking and presenting the food.

the staff was fantastic from arrival to departure. the reception staff were always available and helpful with requests. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food with a beautiful romantic view. i found the breakfast options plentiful and fresh.
the coffee machine in the room only warmed the water, it did not boil it properly.
