the staff was fantastic from arrival to departure. the reception staff were always available and helpful with requests. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food with a beautiful romantic view. i found the breakfast options plentiful and fresh.

the coffee machine in the room only warmed the water, it did not boil it properly.

the team managed a minor room issue quickly. i appreciated the attention to detail. housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout my stay. the staff always greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist.
