I found some issues . The breakfast felt subpar for a hotel claiming five stars. the dining area seemed not clean enough. some buffet items like fruit weren't refilled promptly. the coffee tasted bad.

The tap leaked badly. It was quite a mess. the air conditioning also didn't work. maintenance staff seemed nonexistent, judging by the lack of repairs.

the food wasn't what i expected for a hotel of this rating. i didn't see french fries during my three-night stay. the restaurant downstairs offered better food, but it was not included.
