unclean dining area bad coffee
I found some issues . The breakfast felt subpar for a hotel claiming five stars. the dining area seemed not clean enough. some buffet items like fruit weren't refilled promptly. the coffee tasted bad.

faulty tap broken air conditioning
The tap leaked badly. It was quite a mess. the air conditioning also didn't work. maintenance staff seemed nonexistent, judging by the lack of repairs.

i liked the proximity to the beach. the pool was huge. the hotel offered a quiet atmosphere.
the food wasn't what i expected for a hotel of this rating. i didn't see french fries during my three-night stay. the restaurant downstairs offered better food, but it was not included.

clean hotel comfy beds
the hotel was very clean. the pool area had enough sun loungers for everyone. i liked the comfy beds (it really helped me relax!).
