bamboo massage amazing room
the staff was awesome! deymi gave a bamboo massage that was like, my first ever, and i totally recommend it. we stayed two nights, adjusting to the new time zone and the rooms are amazing!
the hotel does not offer many options for a quick breakfast.

slow wi-fi expensive spa
the road closure made access difficult. the room lacked a tv, and the wi-fi was slow for teenagers. the spa treatments seemed overpriced.

Good stay!

cute staff amazing villa great design well kept grounds
I found the staff cute. Their friendliness stood out! My villa was amazing and the grounds were very well kept. The design and architecture created a great ambiance. I really enjoyed walking the trails to see the waterfalls.
I stayed only one night. The reservation process was a little confusing, and I think the hotel should improve it.

The hotel is nestled in the hills with views overlooking the city. The setting is amazing with vibrant flowers, plants, and birds visible everywhere. I found the maintained hiking trails provided ample opportunity for exploration.

The complimentary breakfast featured typical Tico food. It tasted really good! I also enjoyed a variety of other items including delicious homemade breads. I found the guacamole especially tasty, and the service was excellent at all meals.

The front desk staff was helpful. They gave valuable information. I received prompt attention to my requests! The hotel offered advice on local attractions and directions. I could count on the team to solve any issues.

The grounds are beautifully kept, they offer many nice little walks! I found the trails to the waterfalls rewarding. The sunset pool offers great views. I used the jacuzzi!
